Rates

• $195 for Diagnostic intake session
• $170 per 45-minute session
• $185 per 60-minute session
• Sessions with add-on codes may vary slightly (e.g. play therapy), so please let us know if you would like those specific rates.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. We accept most health insurance plans as well as Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare. 

We would recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment via PayPal through our client portal.

Sliding Fee Discount Program

Discovery Family Counseling serves all clients regardless of ability to pay. Sliding fee discounts for essential services are offered to those who qualify based on family size and income. Please call us for more information.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. We do have an attendance policy limiting the number of appointments that can be missed without 24 hours notice.
